    Personally, I like the idea of combining multiple concepts or experiences or even mediums to enrichen or broaden the context or meaning… conflating seems inclusive and clarifying.

    Working as a geriatric nurse in the late 80’s, I reported information to a doctor which was given to me by his patient. The doctor’s response was, “She’s conflating.’ And so I looked up and learned a new word which has served me well over the years.
