I, for one, love my double boiler! When our nukerator died a couple of years ago, I rediscovered how much better it reheats leftovers. Though it is somewhat slower, you end up with food that isn’t dried out on the outside and cold on the inside, but evenly heated through and not dried out. Nukerators are great for some things, but give me a double boiler any day for reheating food.
